Individual Facetime Call: 60 minute discussion where we dive into individualized content related to your personal style, journey and on/off ice environment. We find a great balance of teachable moments, creative discussions and management of ups and downs. Number of calls per month depends on the plan selected. 

Game Video Breakdown: of the goaltender’s saves and touches during games, with recorded commentary on the footage. If game footage is not available of the goaltender, we will use video of a professional goaltender of a similar style that you/your goalie enjoys watching.

Monthly Newsletter: sent on the first Sunday of each month that goes in depth into our monthly focus, using personal lived experience, hockey theory and references from industry professionals.
